Hi, I’m Heather
I am a highly experienced, trauma-informed yoga teacher and movement specialist with a penchant for sharing the therapeutic aspects of a yoga practice.
With a firm belief that ‘life is practice, and practice is life’, I have a passion for learning and sharing healing modalities that can be incorporated into the practice of daily living to support us in our journey back to balance and harmony.
here is what i know to be true…
- It is challenging to cultivate and maintain balance, vitality, and healing when chronic stress, overwhelm, fear and fatigue take over our lives.
- Inhabiting a world that feels increasingly uncertain, amidst a culture that is incessantly pushing us to do more, be more, have more, is making it hard not to contract, retreat, and internalize the messaging that we are somehow not good enough to affect transformative change.
- I want to support you in your journey to rediscover and reconnect with your own inner resources for resilience and stability.
- Through a unified approach to movement, breath, and meditation, we can reclaim our wholeness, rediscover our inherent balance, and tap back into our life’s joyful purpose.

My Approach
I weave breath work, somatics, modern movement science, and stress management techniques throughout group and private yoga sessions, workshops, trainings, and retreats to ensure that those I am working with gain experiential insight into the various tools that can be used to stabilize, nourish, and rebalance. It is my deepest intention to support you to empower yourself to cultivate transformative change first within your own internal landscape and then out into the world.
